Shipping policy

Destinations: mainland France and the United States.

Cost: free standard tracked shipping.

Processing: every order is carefully prepared and shipped fast.

Delivery time: allow 15 to 25 days after shipping due to high demand. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link.

For Christmas: to open door 1 on December 1, order before November 6. To have it under the tree, order before November 30.

Delays: if your parcel has not arrived 30 days after your order, email us at jgldiffshop@gmail.com: we open an investigation with the carrier and, if it cannot be delivered, we send you a new calendar or refund you.

Address: please check your address when ordering; a parcel returned because of an incomplete address may be reshipped at your expense.

Duties and taxes: for the United States, import duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities.
