Returns and refund policy

Returns accepted if the calendar has not been opened. You have 14 days from delivery to send your calendar back, without giving a reason. Email us at jgldiffshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return address.

Unopened calendar (sleeve and doors intact): you receive a full refund (product price and standard shipping).

Opened calendar: as soon as a door is opened, the surprise figures are revealed and the calendar loses all its value. It can no longer be refunded (article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).

Return shipping: paid by you, unless the product is damaged or not as described.

Refund timing: within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel, to the payment method used for the order.

Damaged parcel or broken figure: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery: we replace the product free of charge or refund you.
