Terms of sale

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Seller

These terms govern sales made on the Challenger Advent store between Bayan Zoubir, sole trader, 3 rue de Turenne, 59155 Faches-Thumesnil, France, SIRET 978 209 377 00016, email jgldiffshop@gmail.com (the "Seller") and any person making a purchase (the "Customer"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The Challenger Advent calendar contains 25 numbered doors and 25 collectible figures, all different, approximately 4 to 8 cm tall, in a box of approximately 32 × 42 × 10 cm. The figures are surprises: their list is not disclosed in advance and the visuals on the site are non-contractual illustrations. Contains small parts: not suitable for children under 3, recommended for ages 8 and up.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros for France and in US dollars for the United States. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Standard shipping is free. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. Crossed-out pack prices correspond to the price of buying the products they contain separately.

4. Orders

The Customer selects products, confirms the cart and proceeds to payment. The order is final once payment is confirmed; a confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent. The Seller may cancel an order in the event of a payment dispute or stock shortage, with a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is due when ordering, using the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by the payment provider; the Seller never has access to card details.

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped fast, with tracking. The indicative delivery time is 15 to 25 days after shipping, and no later than 30 days after the order. If this period is exceeded, the Customer may cancel the contract under articles L216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Details are in our shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason, by emailing jgldiffshop@gmail.com (the model form below may be used). The product must be sent back no later than 14 days after notification, with return shipping paid by the Customer. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Returns and refunds are only possible if the calendar has not been opened (sleeve and doors intact): it is then fully refunded. Opening a door reveals the surprise figures and makes the calendar lose all its value: in accordance with article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, an opened calendar is not refunded.

Withdrawal form: "To Challenger Advent, 3 rue de Turenne, 59155 Faches-Thumesnil, France, jgldiffshop@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods. Ordered on / received on: … Customer name: … Address: … Date and signature (if sent on paper): …"

8. Legal warranties

The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If a product arrives damaged or not as described, email us with a photo: we replace or refund it at no cost.

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure or by the carrier beyond its control, without prejudice to the Customer's statutory rights.

10. Personal data

The data collected is necessary to process orders. How it is processed is described in the privacy policy.

11. Mediation and disputes

For any complaint, please first contact our customer service at jgldiffshop@gmail.com. In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator the Seller belongs to, whose contact details are available on request. These terms are governed by French law; for consumers, they do not deprive them of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
